Be kind. Zero pace shaming, zero creepy behaviour.
Friendship > fitness. Walk, jog, run — it all counts.
Ask before photos. No tagging without a yes.
Share the path. Single file where needed; respect other path users.
Leave no trace. Bin rubbish, respect parks and locals.
Self-responsibility. This is a social meet-up, not coaching. Join only if you’re fit to participate and take responsibility for your own health.
RULES AND LOGISTICS
Meet & send-off: Meet at the pin. We leave 10 minutes after the meet time.
How we run: Usually single file on narrow sections. No official pacers — the host floats between groups to check in.
Routes: On Events and Strava. Check distance / surfaces before you come.
RSVP:
Headphones: If you wear them on roads / shared paths, keep one ear free.
Weather plan:
Heat (>30°C): we may shorten/slow/shift time.
Lightning / storms: cancel.
Updates on IG Stories / Butter / WhatsApp ~90 min before start.
Bring: Water, Opal card, charged phone.
After: Cool down + treat / yap mandatory
